- 1 group room (suitable for up to 20 people) and 1 small meeting room (suitable for 3–4 people) (fair-use principle, self-service, occasional workshops/meetings)
How this work
I would like to clarify upfront that I do not offer hourly rental. I work with fixed weekly slots (half-day, full day, or multi-day packages). The reason is simple:

Each tenant receives their own key (with deposit) for full independence and security.

Working with fixed slots creates consistency, reliability and professional presence that both clients and practitioners need.

My goal is to provide a stable and professional environment where colleagues can grow their practice, not a drop-in model.
Price overview (per month)
Each day divided into 3 day parts:
- moring: 08:00 – 13:00
- afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00
- evening: 18:00 – 23:00（Evening slots are only available as an add-on to daytime packages — ideal for clients who prefer after-work sessions or for occasional workshops）

Note: For packages spread across 3 or more different days, a €20/month surcharge applies (to cover coordination and facility costs).
All prices include VAT and service cost (gas, electricity, water, cleaning).

The therapy room is available now.
Right now the room is available on the following day parts:
- Monday: 8:00 – 12:00, 18:00 – 23:00 (2-day-parts)
- Tuesday: 19:00 – 23:00 (1 day-part)
- Friday: 19:00 – 23:00 (1 day-part)
- Saturday: 8:00 – 23:00 (3-day-parts)
From 1 January 2026, there will be two more days available:
- Wednesday (3 day parts)
- Thursday (3 day parts)
