Korean’s Family Guide in COVID-19: some useful tools

Today I encountered a guide developed by Korean Association of Family Therapy. It is very easy to read, and the situations described are easy to related.

The guide is published in 2020. The situation described resonates what happenes in Asian families:

(1) dealing with financial pressure,

(2) how to delegate housework with external family members (e.g. grandparents),

(3) parenting during lockdown,

(4) tools to evaluate relationships between couples and between parents/children,  and how to cope with common maladaptive communication style between family member.

I think the (4) part is extremely useful for any families and couples, therefore I am sharing this in my blog.

You can download the whole guide in Korean, English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, and Vietnamese here.
